Three junior sailing programs on the North Shore are accepting registrations for summer 2026.
Sheridan Shore Sailing School in Wilmette offers youth sailing for grade school through high school students at its Gillson Park harbor facility. All coaches hold U.S. Sailing Level 1 certification. Executive Director Skip Dieball's program has operated for more than 75 years.
Glencoe Park District's Aquatics & Sailing Camp runs at Glencoe Beach, with resident and non-resident registration open since March.
Winnetka Park District's Learn to Sail Camp serves ages 7–15 and lists limited availability on its summer camps page.
