Ema, Glenview — lamb ribs and a Padre-rita
A short drive south on Patriot Boulevard, Ema Glenview (a Lettuce Entertain You restaurant at 1320 Patriot Blvd.) is serving crispy lamb ribs with tart cherry barbecue sauce, marcona almond and mint, plus a Padre-rita cocktail made with reposado tequila, yuzu, blackberry and agave.
