New Trier's 2026 Homecoming Dance is Saturday, Sept. 26, from 7 to 10 p.m. in the Northfield Campus Gymnasiums at 7 Happ Road in Northfield. The dance is open to sophomores, juniors and seniors — bringing upperclassmen back to the building where they started high school.

Tickets are $20 and include a DJ and activities. Online sales open at 8 a.m. Sept. 14 and close at 8 p.m. Sept. 26. Students must clear any outstanding fees and unserved detentions before purchasing. Entry is paperless — bring a 2026-27 ID card to scan at the door or download the 5 Star Student ID App. There is no admittance after 8 p.m. and no in-and-out privileges.

Students bringing a guest from outside New Trier must submit a completed Guest Request Form to the Activities Office in room W021D on the Winnetka Campus by end of day Friday, Sept. 25. Guest tickets must be purchased at the Activities Office by check or credit card.

Homecoming week also includes spirit rallies during the school day Thursday, Sept. 24 at the Winnetka Campus and Friday, Sept. 25 at the Northfield Campus, plus athletic events throughout the week, all free with a student ID.
